“I just want to commend all of you on your OUTSTANDING customer service.
We submitted three large jobs on a very tight deadline. We had issues with one (#99760) and everyone really pulled together to get it put back in production, shipped, and delivered today just in time for our conference tomorrow. I know many times companies hear complaints but don’t get the opportunity to hear the good. I wanted you to know that you far exceeded good in our eyes, you were EXCELLENT!!!!
